Convention attendees underwrite the production of the Annual Convention. The registration fee offsets costs incurred for meal functions, fees paid for presenters, audio/visual equipment, entertainment, printing, staff travel and other expenses incurred in the planning and coordination of the meeting.
Please note that NIOP meetings and social events are not appropriate for children.
How to Register for the Meeting, Tours and Special Events

Credit Card Payments
When registration fees are paid by credit card (American Express, MasterCard and VISA) using the online registration form, you will be asked to provide your card information. Please be sure to enter credit card information exactly as it appears on the card, using the billing address of the card. Registrations processed online using credit cards are immediate, and you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. Be sure to read your email confirmation carefully to ensure that your Convention registration is confirmed. Please note that processing of your credit card charge may take 2-3 days.
Cancellation Policy & Late Fees
- A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for all registrations received after February 10, 2006. This includes companion registrations.
- There will be a $100.00 processing fee for all cancellations on or before February 28, 2006.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 28, 2006.
- Any changes and cancellations after February 28, 2006 to your original registration must be in writing and submitted to: NIOP, 1156 Fifteenth Street, NW, Suite 900, Washington, D.C. 20005 or by e-mail at niop@kellencompany.com.
