Making Hotel Reservations
The 2006 Annual Convention will take place March 21 – 25 at the:

are three ways to make your reservation with the hotel.

Print and fill out the attached Reservation Form(pdf), fax it to the hotel at (520) 796-8333 and identify yourself as a NIOP attendee.
Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 noon. A deposit of one night’s stay is required to hold all reservations. The deposit is refundable if your reservation is cancelled seven (7) days or more prior to your arrival date. You will be asked to confirm your departure date at the time of check-in, and in the event of an early departure without prior notice, you could be subject to a $50 early departure fee, plus tax.
NIOP Room Rate:
Single/Double Occupancy: $279.00 per night
All rates quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes. Current guest room taxes are 10%. Note: Each additional person in room is $30.00 per night.
The group guest room rate is applicable from Thursday, March 16 through Tuesday, March 28 on a space available basis. Attendees are encouraged to make their room reservations as early as possible.
It is essential to identify yourself as part of the National Institute of Oilseed Products group so that you will be placed in the NIOP room block. Booking your room in the NIOP block is extremely important because the Institute, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for specified number of hotel rooms. If NIOP does not use the specified number of rooms, which can happen when attendees book in other hotels or outside of the NIOP block, the group is monetarily penalized in the form of attrition fees for any un-booked hotel rooms in our block. We appreciate your willingness to assist us in avoiding unnecessary penalties by booking in the Convention hotel and identifying yourself as part of the NIOP group when making your reservation.
